—  Returns and complaints
Purchases in the porte store. dp. ua you can always return the product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel *, provided that it was not in use, and its original packaging (directly the one in which you received the product itself is a box of shoes or a bag of clothes , accessories) presentation and consumer properties (labels, tags containing product characteristics) are preserved.
*According to Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, the following are not subject to return:
down and feather products (according to the decision of the porte.dp.ua store, it is allowed to return jackets and coats with down and feather filling);
gloves;
fabrics;
underwear (women's, men's, children's), namely: briefs, bras, bodysuits, blinds, tops (with the exception of tops indicated on the site as sports), as well as swimwear: women's swimwear (all types), men's swimming trunks, as well as shorts (listed on the site as bathing shorts); children's swimwear, children's swim shorts, children's longsleeves for swimming. In addition, pajamas, nightgowns, T-shirts (treated as underwear), functional and modeling underwear (slip, corset, top, bodysuit, skirt, briefs, leggings and shorts) are not eligible for return;
hosiery;
aerosol products
masks
massage brushes
jewelry made of precious metals, gemstones, organogenic gemstones and semi-precious stones.
IMPORTANT: According to the "Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumer Rights", underwear and swimwear are included in the list of goods of good quality and cannot be exchanged or returned, provided that they are not found to be defective. In this case, the complaint is considered in accordance with the data of photographic evidence.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Carefully pack the GOODS in the original packaging in a complete set (the goods are supplied as a set, must also be returned as a set). by original packaging we mean a box of shoes, a bag of clothes or accessories in which this product was received) IMPORTANT! ORIGINAL PACKAGING REFERENCE TO BE without damage (without adhesive tape, inscriptions, stickers and other elements that can spoil the presentation, of which the packaging is also a part).
2. Please carefully fill out the application for the return of goods, which you will find along with the received order; a) in the table next to the name of the product in the column "Quantity", indicate the quantity of the product and the code of the reason for the return; b) fill in the table with your personal data and details for the return of funds to you, make sure that the data, and especially the bank card number, entered correctly; c) sign.

Please note that the cost of sending a return is non-refundable.
Note! In the case of returning goods, upon purchase of which you paid customs duties / taxes to the state (see What you need to know when buying goods worth more than 150 euros? ), these payments, namely the amount of customs duty (tax), are not refundable.
The refund occurs within 14 working days from the moment of successful acceptance of the parcel at the return warehouse itself (not to be confused with delivery to the target post office) after passing the examination of the goods. You will be notified of the full acceptance by the specialists of the composition of your return by a special letter to the e-mail address indicated by you in the order to which the return is made.

In the event that the goods were transferred to you with partial non-compliance or violation of the conditions of the order due to the fault of our online store regarding the assortment, completeness, quantity or quality of the goods, you have the right to file a complaint with the seller (no later than seven calendar days after receipt) about these violations and demand the return of the money paid.
